About The Position

Waubonsee Community College is accepting applications for its Chemistry adjunct faculty candidate pool. Requirements

• A master's degree and/or 18 graduate hours in the selected field of study.

• Experience incorporating technology and multimedia applications into teaching and learning.
• Experience teaching in multiple instructional modalities.
• Experience using Learning Management Systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide instruction and perform student learning assessments.
• Create course materials, including lessons, assignments, activities, and assessments.
• Submit attendance, grades, and other required information by college deadlines.
• Use classroom and instructional technology effectively to support student learning, when applicable.
• Work with colleagues to support students and meet the needs of the community.
• Maintain a professional and respectful learning environment through strong communication and interpersonal skills.
