About The Position

This part-time, temporary position provides Dual Credit instruction in Kinesiology at one of the Independent School Districts affiliated with Palo Alto College. The instructor must be a teacher with the designated affiliated ISD. Teaching faculty are professional educators whose primary responsibility is fulfilling the District mission of providing a quality education for students attending the colleges. Faculty members are responsible to a department or program chairperson and serve students as leaders, teachers, advisors, and facilitators of learning. They are expected to uphold the colleges’ mission and values and foster effective working relationships with students and colleagues. Hours per week vary. Evenings and weekends may be required. Entry pay depends on education level. The position is not eligible for benefits. Requirements

• Must be a teacher with the designated Independent School District affiliated with Palo Alto College.
• A master’s degree in the teaching discipline, or a master’s degree with at least 18 graduate hours in the teaching discipline.
