Purpose of Role The purpose of this course is to provide an overview of current research and practice in the field of Organizational Behavior Management (OBM). OBM is a subspeciality of behavior analysis, applying the science to organizational concerns such as training, safety, productivity and quality in the workplace. Students will also learn to identify effective leadership and supervision methods for the workplace or their professional practice. Prerequisite: ABA 604 and ABA 606. This position includes: Teaching in the ABA MS and Advanced Certificate graduate programs in the in-person/HyFlex modality, and communicating effectively with a diverse population of students.
