About The Position
The Colangelo College of Business at Grand Canyon University (GCU) is seeking passionate and engaging faculty to teach part-time, face-to-face evening classes at its Ft. Leonard Wood Air Force Base campus. GCU faculty are dedicated to mentoring students and helping them grow academically, spiritually, and personally. This role involves facilitating classroom lectures and discussions, assessing student performance, and serving as a positive example by upholding the University's values and mission. The college offers modern facilities and smaller class sizes, providing a rewarding teaching experience.
Requirements
- Masters in Business Administration (MBA) with a minimum of 5 years managerial experience.
- Unofficial transcript reflecting degree earned with 18 graduate credit hours in the areas listed above
Nice To Haves
- PhD/DBA Management or Doctorate in a related discipline with a minimum of 3 years corporate experience.
- If non-business doctorate Masters in Business Administration (MBA) required.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate classroom lecture and discussions
- Engage students in learning course objectives and topics
- Assess student performance and mentor success in the classroom
- Provide a positive example to students by supporting the University’s Doctrinal Statement, Ethical Position Statement, and Mission of Grand Canyon University
