Baker College of Muskegon is seeking to fill an Adjunct Faculty position for our Veterinary Technology Program!
Requirements
- Master's degree with LVT Credential.
- Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office Suite, Google Apps, and internet usage.
Nice To Haves
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DMV) is strongly preferred.
- Previous teaching experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Delivering courses in line with the Faculty Workload Policy.
- Ensuring teaching strategies align with the Baker College Learning Model.
- Creatively integrating learning technologies and platforms to help students meet their academic goals.
- Refining, updating, or designing curriculum as needed to stay current and effective.
- Gathering and submitting essential student learning assessments.
- Providing thoughtful, constructive feedback to guide student progress.
- Participating in the Faculty Growth and Evaluation Process.
- Involvement in key committees, subcommittees, projects, and other activities that contribute to the academic community.
- Believing in and supporting the student first philosophy while contributing to the overall success of Baker College.
- Acting as a positive role model and brand ambassador on and off campus.
- Establishing robust external relationships to bolster Baker College's vision and mission.
