Colorado Mountain College is building one of the region’s first comprehensive interpreter workforce pipelines, integrating certification-aligned curriculum, real-world practicum, ethical AI training, and strong employer partnerships. We are seeking nationally certified, experienced interpreters to serve as core instructors for our accelerated 120-hour, 13-week interpreter training program, launching across several campuses as part of a statewide effort to expand language access in rural mountain communities. An equivalent/applicable combination of education and/or experience to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position required with teaching in continuing education or community education. Non-credit Community Education compensation is based on Pay Levels ranging from 1-5. A new faculty’s Pay Level is determined by the campus supervisor and ranges $20-$60 per hour.
