About The Position
Keene State College is seeking an adjunct faculty member to join the Music Department. This role involves designing and delivering course content for credit courses, preparing lesson plans and materials, assessing student learning, assigning grades, referring students to support services, and providing supplemental instruction and mentorship. The faculty member will also participate in department meetings and abide by USNH and KSC policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Expertise in area of Music instrument specialty
- Tenor, baritone, or bass voice
- Expertise in solo vocal performance
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver course content for credit courses
- Prepare lesson plans and course materials
- Assess student learning
- Assign grades
- Refer students to support services
- Provide supplemental instruction and mentorship to students
- Participate in appropriate department/unit meetings
- Abide with USNH and KSC policies
