About The Position

Teaching faculty are professional educators whose primary responsibility is fulfilling the District mission of providing quality education to students attending the colleges. Faculty members serve as leaders, teachers, advisors, and facilitators of learning, uphold the colleges’ mission and values, and foster effective working relationships with students and colleagues. Faculty members are responsible to a department/program chairperson. This is a part-time, temporary position. Hours vary and may include weekend and evening classes. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; if hired with a high school diploma or equivalency, must complete an associate degree within three years of employment.
• Three years of experience in the HVAC field.
• State Contractors license.

Nice To Haves

• Associate degree.
• Five years of experience as an HVAC technician or manager.
• HVAC State Contractors license or City Master license.
