University of Maryland Global Campus (UMGC) seeks adjunct faculty to teach on-site at Minot Air Force Base, North Dakota, in the Natural Sciences program. Specifically, we are seeking faculty for the Elements of Nutrition (NUTR 100) course. This course is a study of the scientific and quantitative foundations of the applied science of human nutrition, aiming to understand how nutrition integrates across scientific disciplines and how foods provide essential nutrients for healthy living.
