University of Maryland Global Campus (UMGC) seeks adjunct faculty to teach on-site at Fayetteville, NC, for the Natural Sciences program. Specifically, we are seeking faculty for the Elements of Nutrition (NUTR 100) course. This course is a study of the scientific and quantitative foundations of the applied science of human nutrition, focusing on how nutrition integrates across scientific disciplines and how foods provide essential nutrients for healthy living.
