Requirements

• Master's degree in Criminal Justice or related field.
• Five (5) or more years of professional experience working in criminal justice or in other related work
• Proven technological proficiency.
• The ability to work effectively with a diverse faculty, staff, and student body.
• All candidates must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Bristol Community College is an institution that does not sponsor work authorization.

Nice To Haves

• Doctorate preferred.
• Experience teaching at college college.
• Ability to speak a language in addition to English.

Responsibilities

• Teach Criminal Justice courses.
• Complete required trainings, such as Title IX and Cybersecurity.
• Adhere to workload as specified in the Collective Bargaining Agreement, to include duties such as completing book orders, creating syllabi, verifying student enrollment, and submitting final grades by the contractual deadline.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Dean, consistent with the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
