Adjunct Faculty - Business Management, Accounting & Finance
About The Position
The Department of Business Management, Accounting, and Finance at Keene State College invites qualified individuals to apply for adjunct faculty positions for the 2026-2027 academic year. There is a particular need for experienced industry professionals to teach introductory and advanced courses in human resources, marketing, and accounting. All courses are delivered in-person on campus and typically meet twice a week for one hour and forty-five minutes per session over 15 weeks. Adjunct faculty are responsible for all aspects of course delivery, including instruction, lesson preparation, student assessment, and maintaining office hours. Faculty will be hired on a per-course basis.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- At least 5 years of full-time professional experience directly relevant to the field of instruction.

Responsibilities
- Design and delivery of assigned courses.
- Preparation of lesson plans, assessment of student learning, assignment of grades, and provision of supplemental instruction, as necessary.
- Comply with applicable USNH and KSC policies.
- Participate in appropriate department meetings and events, as requested.
