About The Position

Kearney is seeking an Adjunct Contingency Instructor that will provide senior-level training development and delivery for contingency operations, financial management readiness, and operational training programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of 10 years of training or readiness experience
• Experience developing and delivering training to federal or military personnel
• Silver Flag experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Must have an active Interim Secret Clearance (or higher, such as Secret, Top Secret or TS/SCI) to be considered for this role (requires U.S. citizenship)

Nice To Haves

• Airforce or DoW contingency experience
• Relevant certifications

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and deliver Silver Flag training curriculum
• Conduct readiness training for financial management personnel
• Create training materials, lesson plans, and assessments
• Coordinate with training stakeholders and operational units
• Maintain training compliance and evaluate program effectiveness
