About The Position
This position works in clinical settings with groups of nursing students, helping students apply theory to practice situations and develop critical thinking skills. Supervise a group of 6-8 Elmhurst students onsite in the clinical setting. Hours vary by course, and range from 8-12 hours per day, depending on the clinical site. Responsibilities include grading clinical paperwork, communicating with the course coordinator regarding the progress of clinical students, and serving as a liaison between the clinical agency and the course coordinator.
Requirements
- Currently active unencumbered IL RN license
- Bachelors and earned master’s degree in nursing (MSN) from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an RN
- Reliable transportation to clinical agency sites
