About The Position
The Department of English invites applications for part-time instructors to teach introductory and general education courses in literature and creative writing. All areas of specialization are welcome, especially African-American literature, Asian-American literature, and prose fiction writing.
Requirements
- Master's degree in English or a closely related field.
- Previous teaching experience is highly desired.
Nice To Haves
- PhD or ABD in English is preferred for literature courses.
- PhD or MFA is preferred for creative writing courses.
