Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of experience in admin / additive production environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and SharePoint or similar document-management systems.
  • Some experience or strong interest in 3D Printing.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in administrative, operations, inventory, logistics, purchasing, or manufacturing support roles.
  • Working knowledge of SAP and Ariba, including purchasing, receiving, invoice, and material or inventory transaction support.
  • Experience coordinating shipments and maintaining shipping documentation; familiarity with packaging and handling requirements for manufactured parts is preferred.
  • Strong organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple job requests, inventory activities, and follow-up actions at once.
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills and a customer-service mindset when working with job requestors and internal partners.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment with company, supplier, and customer information.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a hands-on AddLab and manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory of additive manufacturing materials, consumables, spare parts, and finished components; maintain accurate inventory records and support replenishment activities.
  • Coordinate packing, labeling, documentation, and shipment of additive-manufactured parts to internal customers and external recipients.
  • Track additive job requests, confirm required information and priorities, and maintain clear status records throughout the job lifecycle.
  • Follow up with requestors after job completion to confirm receipt, gather feedback, address questions, and document next steps or additional needs.
  • Provide SAP and Ariba support for purchase requisitions, purchase orders, receipts, invoices, material transactions, and related administrative activities.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical records for job requests, shipments, inventory transactions, procurement documentation, and operating procedures.
  • Support the AddLab team with scheduling coordination, meeting logistics, reporting, and other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Collaborate with engineers, technicians, suppliers, and internal customers to resolve administrative, inventory, shipping, and procurement issues promptly.
