About The Position

Moog is seeking an Additive Manufacturing Project Engineer for its Additive Manufacturing Center in Buffalo, New York. The role provides engineering leadership for development and production programs involving metal laser powder bed fusion (LPBF) components for critical aerospace and space hardware. The engineer owns assigned products and processes across their lifecycle, supports production readiness and delivery, and helps expand additive manufacturing capabilities across Moog. The position provides day-to-day engineering support for LPBF production; develops and maintains manufacturing documentation and training content; assures design integrity, producibility, and quality; and drives design and process improvements. It also leads investigations and corrective actions, develops and validates manufacturing parameters and related methods, and plans evaluations that improve process capability and support qualification. The engineer coordinates with internal teams and customers on technical matters and delivery, supports proposals and estimates, and directs technicians and other support resources within assigned projects. The position is onsite in Buffalo, NY and requires access to U.S. export-controlled information.
