About The Position

Requirements
- Master’s (or higher) in Professional Counseling OR Mental Health Counseling OR Addiction Counseling OR Clinical Psychology OR Marriage and Family Therapy
- Current Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) OR Current Licensed Independent Substance Abuse Counselor OR Current Licensed Marriage and Family Therapy Counselor
- 2 years of clinical experience in addictions
Responsibilities
- Facilitate classroom lecture and discussions
- Engage students in learning course objectives and topics
- Assess student performance and mentor success in the classroom
- Provide a positive example to students by supporting the University’s Doctrinal Statement, Ethical Position Statement, and Mission of Grand Canyon University
