About The Position

The ADC Team Leader will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Attended Donation Centers. This role is responsible for ensuring each center is clean, neat, organized, and safe, training new Donation Attendants, auditing centers for commitment to Riverflow, and ensuring Donation Attendants provide world-class customer service. The Team Leader will also fill in as needed when an ADC is not covered, ensure donations are processed within 24 hours, and manage the proper disposal of materials, avoiding salvage, recycling, or hazardous waste. Additionally, this role is responsible for ordering and maintaining supplies and observing safety procedures and personnel policies. Regular attendance is required.

Requirements

  • Must be able to interact cordially and productively with a variety of people.
  • Must be able to market Goodwill and explain the mission to the general public.
  • Must be able to take initiative and work well with little supervision.
  • Must be able to read, write and communicate clearly in English.
  • Must establish and maintain an effective working relationship with supervisor and co-workers.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
  • Ability to function in a hectic work environment with occasional periods of high stress.
  • Must have a valid drivers license for at least 3 years, liability automobile insurance and be insurable through the agencys insurance carrier.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must pass a drug screen, including random drug testing as required by the Drug Free Workplace policy.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience working in a warehouse environment preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure each ADC is clean, neat, organized, and safe.

  • Responsible for ordering and maintaining supplies.
  • Observes safety procedures and personnel policies.
  • Regular attendance is required as outlined in Goodwills attendance policy.
  • Other duties as assigned.
