A Clinical Applications Adaptive Specialist is responsible for consulting, training, and supporting Oncology professionals and associated staff in the effective use of Elekta MR based and CT based Adaptive Radiotherapy solutions including both Software & Hardware. Responsibilities include remote / on-site / classroom training and ongoing remote /onsite user clinical adoption support. Independently deliver education on Elekta adaptive products to new and existing sites. Understand adaptive workflow processes to maximize efficiencies of the Elekta offering. Manage all site preparation and documentation of onsite education per established guidelines. Provide clinical assistance to the Elekta support team pertaining to escalated customer calls. Demonstrate thorough knowledge of Elekta adaptive products and service policies and procedures; utilize appropriate escalation procedure as needed.
