We have a mission to help children of all abilities learn critical water safety and swimming skills in a safe, supportive, and encouraging environment. Goldfish Swim School has been an industry leader in the swim lesson community since 2006. The safety of our swimmers, parents, and team members is of the utmost importance. Goldfish Swim School follows all CDC and WHO safety standards along with all local guidelines. Goldfish Swim School - Roswell Village is a learn-to-swim facility for children ages 4 months to 12 years. Our proven confidence-building curriculum promotes a love of swimming while teaching children to be safer in and around the water. Through our Golden Learner program, we are proud to provide inclusive and adaptive swim instruction that supports swimmers of all abilities.

Requirements

  • Experience working with children, especially children with special needs, preferred
  • Patient, compassionate, and positive attitude
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual swimmer needs
  • High energy and strong work ethic
  • Comfortable working in the water and leading group or one-on-one instruction
  • Must pass background examinations prior to training

Responsibilities

  • Teach swimmers with varying abilities and special needs through our Golden Learner program using adaptive teaching techniques in accordance with our proprietary curriculum
  • Provide individualized support, encouragement, and positive reinforcement to swimmers
  • Foster a safe, patient, and inclusive learning environment
  • Communicate with parents and caregivers regarding swimmer progress and achievements
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure the best experience for all swimmers
