About The Position
CAB Signs is a growing wholesale sign manufacturing company looking for a dependable, hardworking person to join our ADA production team. This is a hands-on manufacturing position for someone who wants stability, consistent hours, and an opportunity to grow long-term with a company. We are looking for someone serious about work — reliable, focused, detail-oriented, and willing to learn. Right now this department is extremely busy, and we are looking to hire quickly to help support production and reduce backlog.

Nice To Haves
- Experience in signs, manufacturing, engraving, fabrication, or production is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person with the right attitude.
Responsibilities
- Producing ADA and engraved signs
- Operating lasers, engravers, printers, and production equipment
- Preparing materials and assembling signage
- Reading work orders and following specifications carefully
- Quality checking completed orders
- Keeping work areas clean and organized
- Supporting the production team to keep jobs moving on time
