The ADA/LOA/DS Analyst is a trusted partner, providing guidance and support to associates and internal stakeholders by promoting a positive, transparent, and collaborative working relationship. The position will serve as one of the primary reasonable accommodation subject matter experts and a central point of contact to coordinate and resolve related issues of reasonable accommodations in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). The ADA/LOA/DS Analyst is responsible for evaluating and deciding reasonable accommodation requests on Honda’s behalf.
