We're building Citi Ads, Citi's Commerce Media business, from the ground up, and we're looking for a programmatic media subject matter expert who knows how to translate client objectives into flawless campaign execution. Someone who is comfortable with detail and precision, and who takes pride in building campaigns that perform, scale, and evolve with the market. The Ad Operations Manager is a highly hands-on, execution-focused role responsible for the day-to-day delivery of campaigns across Citi Ads. This individual will own the tactical setup, trafficking, and optimization of campaigns, ensuring accuracy, speed, and performance. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in the details—managing tags, troubleshooting delivery issues, and ensuring campaigns launch and run flawlessly—while contributing to building scalable processes in a fast-paced, build-from-scratch environment.
