About The Position

Acceler8 Labs is seeking a US-based Ad Operations Coordinator to support a news and media client. This is a part-time, 6-month contractor opportunity with the potential for extension. The role is ideal for someone detail-oriented who enjoys hands-on platform work, including building campaigns, launching ads, monitoring performance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth backend operations. The coordinator will work closely with internal stakeholders to execute paid social campaigns at scale across Meta, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to platform policies and best practices. A key requirement is the candidate's ability and willingness to complete Meta's authorization for running ads about social issues, elections, and politics before accessing advertising accounts. Candidates with this authorization will be prioritized.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience building, managing, and optimizing campaigns within Meta Ads Manager
  • Experience managing campaigns from setup through launch and ongoing optimization
  • Highly detail-oriented and take pride in delivering accurate work
  • Ability to identify problems quickly and proactively work toward solutions
  • Comfortable managing multiple campaigns and competing priorities simultaneously
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while remaining collaborative and responsive
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments where priorities can shift quickly
  • Reside in the United States
  • Able and willing to complete Meta's identity verification requirements as part of the onboarding process

Responsibilities

  • Build, launch, and manage paid social campaigns within Meta Ads Manager
  • Create and maintain campaigns, ad sets, ads, audiences, and tracking parameters
  • Monitor campaign delivery and identify issues that may impact performance
  • Assist with campaign optimization based on performance data and internal recommendations
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure campaigns are set up accurately before launch
  • Troubleshoot account, campaign, and platform issues as they arise
  • Stay current on Meta platform updates, policy changes, and advertising best practices
  • Partner closely with internal team members to ensure campaigns are launched efficiently and accurately
