The Ad Creative Strategist owns performance creative strategy, process, and analytics across all paid media channels. This role turns customer insights, product benefits, market trends, and performance data into ad concepts that drive effective customer acquisition and brand growth. You will develop the hooks, angles, scripts, and creative insights that fuel paid media performance across channels, with a focus on Meta and TikTok. This role is for an expert in paid digital advertising who can develop creative strategy, build processes, leverage AI and human capabilities, generate diverse effective concepts, analyze performance, and manage / collaborate with teams to deliver exceptional ad performance. This role reports to the Head of Acquisition / Growth in the Marketing function.
