About The Position

This position is responsible for delivering patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosing, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The nurse collaborates with other professional disciplines to support effective and efficient care delivery and achieve desired patient outcomes. The role supports the organization’s vision and mission and incorporates patients’ ages and cultural diversity into care. It also contributes to quality nursing care through performance-improvement techniques that demonstrate positive patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Current California RN license.
• Current CPR, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• Ability to use the nursing process in providing nursing care, including administering treatments and medications, interpreting diagnostic tests, formulating a plan of care, collaborating with healthcare providers, and educating patients and/or significant others.
