The division provides clinical services across 7 hospitals, including Georgia’s largest Level 1 trauma center.
Requirements
- ABR Board-certified/eligible
- Eligible to obtain an unrestricted Georgia medical license.
- Interest in acute care imaging
- Strong clinical skills in multiple modalities and organ systems
- Thrive in a fast-paced emergency and inpatient setting
- Work well in collaboration with other radiologists.
Nice To Haves
- Subspecialty training is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide remote support to residents who currently work overnight.
- Shifts involve whole-body acute care imaging (ED & Inpatient).
- Mainly CT, US, and XR with a small component of MRI.
- Staffed in tandem with existing emergency/acute care radiologists and an emergency neuroradiologist.
- Participate in both clinical and non-clinical divisional activities, including teaching and trainee supervision.
