Join the 30+ faculty in the Division of Emergency and Trauma Imaging in the Department of Radiology and Imaging Sciences at Emory University. The division provides clinical services across 7 hospitals, including Georgia’s largest Level 1 trauma center.

Requirements

  • ABR Board-certified/eligible
  • Eligible to obtain an unrestricted Georgia medical license.
  • Interest in acute care imaging
  • Strong clinical skills in multiple modalities and organ systems
  • Thrive in a fast-paced emergency and inpatient setting
  • Work well in collaboration with other radiologists.

Nice To Haves

  • Subspecialty training is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide remote support to residents who currently work overnight.
  • Shifts involve whole-body acute care imaging (ED & Inpatient).
  • Mainly CT, US, and XR with a small component of MRI.
  • Staffed in tandem with existing emergency/acute care radiologists and an emergency neuroradiologist.
  • Participate in both clinical and non-clinical divisional activities, including teaching and trainee supervision.
