About The Position

As a Licensed Acupuncturist at Remedy Place Boston, you will bring skilled, thoughtful acupuncture care into an elevated social wellness environment. You will help members and guests understand how acupuncture and Chinese medicine can support their individual wellness goals while delivering a safe, professional, and deeply personalized treatment experience. This is a hands-on clinical role with a strong hospitality component. You will take the time to listen, assess, educate, and recommend appropriate treatment plans. You will also work closely with our club team to create a seamless experience from booking and arrival through treatment, follow-up, and return visits. You are equal parts clinician, educator, collaborator, and Remedy Place ambassador. Your goal is simple: help every guest feel genuinely cared for and better than when they arrived.

  • Appropriate professional education, certification, and training for the modalities you provide; current clean needle technique competency.
  • Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, charting, and patient communication skills.
  • Experience practicing acupuncture in a client-facing clinical, wellness, hospitality, or comparable setting; experience in a premium service environment is a plus.
  • Comfort using electronic records, booking systems, and common workplace communication tools.

  • Build trust through attentive listening, warmth, discretion, and thoughtful, individualized care.
  • Begin appointments on time, communicate clearly about the treatment experience, and help guests feel comfortable and informed.

  • Prepare and maintain a clean, stocked treatment room; allow appropriate time for setup, sanitation, and turnover between guests.
  • Follow company policies, applicable Massachusetts licensing requirements, safety procedures, and patient privacy requirements.
  • Promptly report adverse events, safety concerns, guest complaints, or supply needs through established clinical and club reporting channels.
  • Participate in required training, team meetings, service education, and coaching discussions as scheduled.
