Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, finance, economics, data analytics, or a related field.
0–2 years of relevant actuarial, analytical, or quantitative experience (internships and co‑ops included).
Minimum 3.2 GPA
At least one SOA exam successfully completed
Uses data to solve real‑world problems, think through trade‑offs, and connect analysis to business impact.
Comfortable working with data and modern analytical tools, including strong Excel skills, and exposure to Python, R, SQL, AI‑enabled tools, or other emerging technologies to support analysis and drive actionable insights.
Shows an understanding of business and financial fundamentals, connects analysis to business impact, and is eager to learn how actuarial work supports decision‑making.
Communicates clearly, collaborates effectively, and works well across teams by listening actively and contributing thoughtfully.
Demonstrates early leadership potential by taking ownership, thinking strategically, embracing innovation, and influencing outcomes in changing or ambiguous environments with a desire to grow into leadership roles.

Responsibilities
