About The Position

This entry-level rotational program is designed for individuals interested in actuarial science. Participants will complete three 18-month rotations in areas such as reserving, pricing, modelling, and analytics, gaining exposure to both personal and commercial lines of business. The program focuses on building essential actuarial skills for the present and future, with learning supported by industry experts through a mentoring program and hands-on assignments. The goal is to develop well-rounded actuaries capable of addressing complex business challenges.

Requirements

Hold, or be on track to complete, a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Economics, Actuarial Science, or a related discipline.
Maintain a strong academic record (3.0 or higher cumulative GPA preferred).
Commitment to achieving the ACAS designation in the Casualty Actuarial Society.
Desire to work across a variety of actuarial functions and environments.
Demonstrate problem-solving skills with keen analytical reasoning and mathematical concepts.
Possess proven leadership skills (e.g., student organization, academic project, community service).
Strong written and interpersonal communication skills.
Natural curiosity and passion for learning.
Have a passing score on at least one Actuarial Exam.

Responsibilities

Analyze financial costs of risk and uncertainty.
