About The Position

The Dream Opportunity is seeking a School Implementation & Education Specialist to work directly with students, educators, and partner schools as the organization expands its college and career exploration programming. This highly school-facing and student-facing role supports implementation of the organization’s college and career exploration platform, facilitates structured sessions, observes student engagement, and helps educators incorporate the platform into their programming. The role includes both in-person and virtual school programming and requires building positive relationships with students, teachers, counselors, and administrators. The position is intended for someone with experience in education, teaching, school programming, youth development, college and career readiness, EdTech implementation, training, or facilitation.

Requirements

• Experience working with middle or high school students.
• Comfort facilitating a classroom or group of students.
• Clear and confident communication with students and adults.
• Ability to build rapport quickly with young people.
• Comfort learning and demonstrating technology.
• Ability to explain technology in a simple, approachable way.
• Highly organized, dependable, responsive, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to observe student behavior and provide thoughtful, actionable feedback.
• Comfort adapting when classroom or school environments change unexpectedly.
• Enjoy collaborating with teachers, counselors, administrators, and internal teams.
• Passion for expanding access to college and career opportunities.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in teaching, counseling, youth programming, college and career readiness, school implementation, EdTech, instructional technology, student success, or education program management.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation of the college and career exploration platform at partner schools.
• Facilitate engaging sessions with high school students.
• Guide students through structured career and college exploration activities.
• Help students navigate and use the platform successfully.
• Train teachers, counselors, administrators, and other school staff to use the platform.
• Help educators incorporate the platform into existing college and career readiness programming.
• Observe student engagement and identify where students may become confused, disengaged, or need additional support.
• Gather structured feedback from students and educators.
• Communicate observations and implementation feedback to product and education teams.
• Support in-person and virtual school programming.
• Build positive relationships with students, teachers, counselors, and school administrators.
• Help ensure every school receives a consistent, engaging, and high-quality experience.
