Living Meadows: Our Mission Living Meadows is a non-profit corporation that was founded by 21 area Lutheran churches to provide care to area men and women. Luther Memorial Home was built in 1958 and the first resident was admitted in 1959. Throughout the years, Luther Memorial Home has expanded and remodeled to meet the growing needs of our residents and our community.
