This role involves promoting resident participation in an activity program, assisting with the setup and execution of resident activities, and providing companionship. The student will also be responsible for transporting residents to and from activities, which may include pushing wheelchairs, assisting with walking, and helping residents into the company van. Communication with residents and team members is essential, as is supervising residents when they are outside. Additionally, the student will assist the Activity Coordinator with administrative duties as requested and perform other related duties as assigned.
