About The Position

Winter Growth is seeking Life Enrichment Associates/Leaders for its team in Olney, Maryland. The role involves collaborating with staff to create meaningful therapeutic programs for seniors with memory impairments and adults with disabilities. Programs are designed to engage clients daily while taking into account their cognitive and physical abilities and personal interests. The position also involves planning special programs for holidays and other significant events, and working with an interdisciplinary team to support each client's individual goals and needs. The position is offered full-time or part-time, with hours from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Starting pay is $20.00 per hour.

Requirements

Ability to walk, stand, and assist in pushing wheelchairs for extended periods throughout the day.
Basic computer skills for maintaining schedules, programs, and documentation, and communicating with team members.
Creativity, flexibility, and a passion for helping others.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience working with individuals with memory impairments and/or other age-related illnesses is preferred.

Responsibilities
