The Activity Director will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and directing the resident’s activity program and the maintenance of necessary documentation. This role involves organizing both individual and group activities based on resident needs, ensuring a variety of activities for residents of all functioning levels, and completing essential documentation such as the Minimum Data Set (MDS) and annual assessments. The position also requires providing one-on-one activities for bedfast residents, preparing monthly activity calendars and newsletters, coordinating off-site activities, participating in community events, and supervising the facility's volunteer program.
