Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead scheduled group activities including games, exercise classes, and social crafts.
- Assist with 1-on-1 bedside visits for residents who cannot attend group sessions.
- Help transport residents to and from activity areas within the building.
- Document resident participation and engagement levels in daily logs.
- Assist in decorating the facility for holidays and special events.
