The Activity Coordination Assistant ensures the daily operations of the Wellness Center meet participant needs. The Activity Coordination Assistant performs basic administrative/clerical/operational/customer support/computational tasks. The Activity Coordination Assistant schedules the Wellness Center meeting rooms and fitness rooms for pre-programmed classes/events. Plans, promotes and coordinates programs to provide members with a variety fitness activities. Responsible for greeting patients, verifying insurance coverage and eligibility, reviewing new patient registration, and entering new patient information into the computer system at an outpatient care site. This role is considered patient-facing and is part of the company's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. If selected for this role, you will be required to be screened for TB.
