About The Position
Encore Senior Living is seeking a Part-Time Activity Assistant to join their team. This role involves enriching the lives of seniors through engaging activities such as painting, games, and exercise. The ideal candidate will have a love for working with seniors, a flexible and energetic personality, and the ability to project calm, care, and professionalism. Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- A love for working with seniors.
- A flexible, fun, energetic people person capable of projecting calm, care, & professionalism in all work-related situations.
Responsibilities
- Utilize creativity and upbeat personality to enrich the lives of seniors.
- Engage residents in activities such as painting, playing board or card games, and exercising.
- Talk with residents to bring joy and create memories.
- Make a difference in the residents' quality of life and bring them joy.
