About The Position
NHC HealthCare Maryland Heights is seeking a Full-Time Activity Assistant with Memory Care experience to join their team. The role involves assisting in providing therapeutic programs tailored to individual patient needs, fostering an atmosphere of fun and enjoyment. The ideal candidate will have a genuine desire to work with seniors, demonstrating compassion, creativity, and a caring attitude. The primary goal is to deliver daily meaningful activities that enhance the quality of life for residents. This position is well-suited for a high-energy, creative individual with general computer knowledge, who is self-motivated and adaptable.
Requirements

- Must be self motivated, creative with positive attitude and genuine enthusiasm
- Must be able to work with family members. partners, and the community
- Must have High School Diploma or GED
- Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work
Responsibilities
- Assist in providing therapeutic programs which meet each patient's "individual" needs.
- Provide an atmosphere of FUN and ENJOYMENT.
- Provide daily meaningful activities that enhance the quality of life for our residents.
