About The Position

At Brightview Senior Living, the Vibrant Living Assistants play a key role in helping our residents live an active, vibrant life! This role involves getting to know residents to help plan and implement spiritual, physical, intellectual, cultural, and emotional activities and programming. The assistant will participate in organizing and running events such as games, lectures, poetry, and painting. Additionally, this position assists with the management of the Volunteer program and may occasionally drive the company vehicle to transport residents to and from events. Training for other Vibrant Living Assistants is also a responsibility.

Responsibilities

Get to know the residents of Brightview so that you can help with the planning and implementation of spiritual, physical, intellectual, cultural and emotional activities and programming that will make residents feel engaged and fulfilled.
Participate in activities. Residents love games, lectures, poetry, painting and we need someone to help organize and run these events!
Assist with the management of our Volunteer program.
Those 21 years of age or older may occasionally drive the company vehicle to transport residents to and from events.
Provide training for our Vibrant Living Assistants.
