Activities Supervisor - Youth and Teen Programming
About The Position
The Activities Supervisor – Youth & Teen Programming plans, coordinates, and executes recreational events and group experiences for resort guests ages 5–17, enhancing their overall guest experience. The role oversees holiday events, themed activations, birthday parties, and youth programs, and supervises frontline staff, vendors, and event logistics. Programs must be safe, well-organized, on-brand, and delivered with exceptional service. The position is based at TradeWinds Island Resorts on St. Pete Beach. The supervisor is expected to work outdoors for eight hours or more in Florida’s hot climate. A bachelor's degree in Recreation Management or a related field is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities
- Plan diverse resort activities, primarily for guests ages 5–17.
- Coordinate resort activities, poolside events, and beach games.
- Supervise and train recreation staff, ensure standard operating procedures are consistently followed, and assist with staff scheduling.
- Interact with guests to tailor programs to their preferences and collect feedback for continuous improvement.
- Enforce department and property safety protocols and conduct regular inspections.
- Oversee equipment maintenance and facility cleanliness.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
