About The Position

The Kingston Resorts is a 145-acre oceanfront resort on the north-end of Myrtle Beach. Less than 2 miles from Tanger Outlets and a short 20-minute trip to Broadway at the Beach. The resort is home to the Hilton Myrtle Beach Resort, Embassy Suites Myrtle Beach, Kingston Plantation Condos, and Royal Palms. This is a Full time position working at Embassy Suites located at Kingston Resorts.

Requirements

Must be a strong swimmer and be able to pass the Red Cross swim test to be certified.

Responsibilities

Plans, supervises, and conducts various activities for our guests.
Oversee the maintenance of all pool deck recreation/activity equipment, facilities and cabanas to ensure optimal quality and service.
Process billing for recreation and activities.
Interview, select, train and monitor performance activity of Lifeguards, Activities, and Cabana staff.
Ensure all have required certification and scheduling to ensure optimal coverage and be able to fill in when a lifeguard is needed.
Greet and communicate with guests with a smile in a warm, friendly, and confident manner.
Organize and conduct regular department meetings.
