We are creating a new sector in hospitality by creating identifiable brands with consistent accommodations, services, and amenities within the vacation rental space. Imagine combining the comforts of a vacation home with the experience and consistency of a world-class resort. Position is located at the Jimmy Buffet Inspired-Margaritaville Resort Orlando!

Requirements

Must be highly customer oriented and responsive with a high need for closure
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Able to work outdoors and different weather conditions
Comfortable speaking into a microphone to large crowds.
At least 3 to 6 months of leadership experience.
High School Diploma preferred
Experience in recreational hospitality, Cruise Ships, Summer Camps and or DJ Experience in a theme park setting.
Must be able to pass CPR/First Aid certifications within in timely manner
You must be able to pass a background check

Responsibilities

Responsible for organizing and hosting the daily activities as listed in the monthly activity calendar.
Responsible for welcoming and assisting guests as they enter the Fins Up Beach Club.
Responsible for following policies and procedures as set forth to ensure guest/member access, safety, and enjoyment for all guests/members.
Responsible for ensuring all inventory needs are met.
Must be able to conduct cash handling and point of sale at Sundries Retail.
Responsible for dispatching guests down slides and monitoring team member performance.
Be a team leader and lead by example because it is important to inspire motivation and anticipation in all team members.
It will be the responsibility of the Activity Host to maintain effective lines of communication between all team members regarding club operations and issues relating to the guests/members.
