About The Position

Sun Outdoors is seeking a friendly, reliable, and guest-focused Seasonal Activities Coordinator to help provide an exceptional guest experience. This role is responsible for supporting and coordinating a variety of guest activities and recreational offerings, which may include cabana rentals and upkeep, mini golf operations, e-bike and scooter rentals, and hosted activities and events. The position ensures all activity areas are clean, safe, organized, and guest-ready while delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests and provide friendly, engaging support across all assigned activity areas.
  • Assist with cabana check-in and check-out procedures, including guest orientation and setup.
  • Support mini golf operations, including guest assistance, course readiness, and equipment upkeep.
  • Assist with e-bike and scooter rentals, including guest instruction, safety guidance, and basic equipment checks.
  • Help host and facilitate scheduled activities, games, crafts, and resort events.
  • Communicate with Front Office staff via radio to ensure accurate assignments, reservations, and payments.
  • Maintain accurate rental and activity records and documentation.
  • Conduct daily inspections of activity areas and equipment to ensure cleanliness and safety.
  • Reset cabanas, activity stations, and rental equipment between guest use.
  • Ensure all recreational areas are clean, stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
  • Monitor equipment and promptly report maintenance, safety, or inventory concerns.
  • Collaborate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, recreation, and front office teams.
  • Provide friendly, professional, and attentive service to all guests at all times.
  • Perform routine cleaning and general upkeep of all assigned activity spaces.
  • Follow all safety procedures when handling equipment, cleaning products, and chemicals.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
