About The Position
Chestnut Ridge - A Senior Living and Memory Care Community Are you looking to have fun and use your creativity while working? This role will allow you to socialize, engage, and interact with people from all walks of life. This job will allow you to have an impact on the people you work with, while also giving you a way to express your individuality and creativity through your work! Assists the Life Stages Director in providing active and passive, group and individual activities that enhance the mental, physical, spiritual and social needs of Residents and that allow Residents to play an active role in society.
Requirements
- Ability to create interest in the activities and motivate Residents to participate daily.
- Creativity and motivational skills necessary.
- Ability to exercise good judgment and make confident ethical decisions is essential.
- Effectively manage time in order to complete multiple tasks.
Nice To Haves
- Experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of activities.
