Plans, develops, schedules, coordinates, facilitates, and monitors a variety of engaging activities, events, and trips to meet the needs and interests of specific groups participating in Salvation Army programs. Monitors all activities to ensure needs of participants are met and to ensure compliance with established activity plans as well as The Salvation Army policies and procedures. Plans, promotes, coordinates, and facilitates activities on a regular basis to include recreational, athletic, entertaining, educational, and/or devotional topics. Prepares and distributes monthly calendars and/or newsletters promoting scheduled activities and providing general and specific information of interest to the participants. Assists participants with moving as needed throughout the day. Serves breakfast and lunch to participants; assists participants in moving to tables; assists participants by cutting food as needed.
