About The Position
Looking for a fun, active role working with guests of all ages? Join Lake Lawn Resort as an Activities Attendant and lead engaging recreation programs, pool activities, and family-friendly events. This role includes a variety of responsibilities to support daily operations.
Requirements
- Previous recreation, childcare, or customer service experience preferred, but not required
- Energetic, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
- Comfortable working with children and families
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred (not required)
- Team-oriented and reliable

Responsibilities
- Lead and organize activities for children and adults (Kids Zone, Kids Night Out, group events)
- Supervise children ages 4–12 in a safe and engaging environment
- Monitor pool areas and enforce safety rules and regulations
- Assist with reservations and scheduling of activities
- Maintain cleanliness of recreation areas, pools, and equipment
- Distribute, collect, and launder pool towels
- Support recreational offerings such as mini golf, bike rentals, and sports equipment
- Process payments for activities and rentals
- Provide guests with information about resort activities and amenities
- Assist with convention group activities as assigned
