Engage with residents individually, including meeting new residents, understanding their interests, coordinating the Welcome Ambassador Program, and assisting with grievances when requested. Perform administrative tasks such as tracking attendance, submitting supply requests, posting meeting minutes, distributing/collecting mail, and setting quarterly recreational goals. Ensure safety, compliance, and confidentiality by following all policies on safety, infection control, privacy, and mandatory reporting of potential abuse. Collaborate with staff and leadership, including working with the Assisted Living Administrator, nursing staff, and Resident Association to support community operations and resident wellbeing.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older (required)
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with residents and families
  • Passion for connecting with others
  • Applicants for this position must be willing to take a drug test

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum of 1 year of senior living experience in a related field (preferred)
