Responsibilities
- Lead and assist with daily activities, games, and social events
- Encourage resident participation and build relationships
- Provide one-on-one visits for residents
- Help plan activity calendars and special events
- Maintain supplies and a clean, safe environment
- Support residents' emotional, social, and cognitive well-being
